Pending and Confirmed mean different stages
Withdrawals cannot be cancelled after submission. Check the amount and route before confirming the request.
Track the request in order
Check one stage at a time. A provider transfer estimate starts only after the request is Confirmed.
- Open My Account > History > Transaction history and confirm the status and request date.
- If Pending, allow the operator's processing window and check for an in-account verification message or email.
- If Confirmed, allow the method's transfer estimate and account for weekends or bank holidays.
- If the payment is overdue, contact official support with the transaction reference; do not create another request for the same funds.
Allow for processing and provider transfer
The operator aims to process requests within 24 hours. The method table estimates Visa at 2–3 hours, Mastercard at 1–3 working days, PayPal as instant, and Bank Transfer at 2–3 working days after confirmation. A separate general article says card transfers can take 1–3 working days and some bank payments up to five working days.
If the request is Confirmed but the money has not arrived, check the payment provider's transaction history. After five working days from confirmation, contact Irish support and ask about the payment reference; the operator may obtain an ARN for the bank to trace.
Checks that can hold a payout
- Outstanding verification requests for date of birth, address or payment method.
- Bonus wagering that has not been completed.
- The closed-loop rule requiring funds to return to one or more deposit methods.
- Provider processing on weekends or bank holidays.
Use the Review payout processing and limits to identify the right transfer window. If a route is missing, read the bank-transfer explanation and check the account cashier.
